The ideal candidate should have significant experience in profit center management and team leadership, along with a higher education background in management or commerce

Job Summary

  • You will set and monitor the financial objectives (turnover, margin) for each residence and develop reporting tools.
  • As a field manager, you will recruit, train, and lead your teams, implementing regular action plans to improve individual and collective performance.
  • You will supervise the operation of these profit centers, including technical monitoring, supplier relations, safety standards, and incident management.
