• The Assistant Superintendent ensures that construction work is completed according to a project’s planned sequence and schedule, and implement and enforce pertinent safety and quality control procedures.
• This is an active, hands-on role that requires navigating active job sites with uneven terrain, stairs, ladders, and hoists, and includes desk time for computer work, document review, and meetings.
