The Maintenance Program Manager ensures the safety, reliability, and performance of campus facilities by leading maintenance teams and managing and coordinating contractual work with external vendors and service providers.
Key responsibilities include overseeing contracted building service programs (e.g. fire protection, elevators, roofing, pest control), negotiating, monitoring, and evaluating contractor performance, improving maintenance tracking, and mentoring staff.
