Base: $173,460 - $231,980 annually; Base (CA, NY, Boston, Chicago, Seattle, DC): $190,750 - $255,150 annually; Bonus/Equity: Company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity as applicable; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, mental health support, paid parental leave, life and disability insurance, 401(k), employee stock purchasing program

Key Requirements

  • 7+ years hands-on experience designing data, analytics, AI architectures
  • Strong background in data engineering, platform architecture, or technical architecture
  • BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent
  • Proven experience integrating complex data ecosystems with activation platforms
  • Deep expertise in modern cloud data platforms
  • Hands-on proficiency with Python/R, data frameworks, and analytics workflows
  • Strong technical fluency with Salesforce platform architecture
