Job Summary

• The Process Safety Management (PSM) Specialist coordinates and maintains the Process Safety Management written compliance plan (WCP), OSHA 1910.119 and EPA 40 CFR section 68, policies, processes and procedures to mitigate risk of accidental releases of hazardous chemicals.
• This role ensures work and operations are performed in compliance with company policies and procedures, regulatory agency (OSHA, EPA, IIAR, etc.) and federal, state and local legal requirements.
• Responsibilities include conducting annual internal mechanical integrity inspections, hazard analyses, audits, incident investigation, and coordinating the Mechanical Integrity program inspection plans.

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum two (2) years clerical experience
• RETA CARO certification preferred
• Experience in manufacturing safety
• Ammonia refrigeration experience preferred
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards
• Proficient computer skills
