Build and lead a high-performing Quality team, fostering company pride and serving as a principal liaison for customer quality escalations.
Success will be measured through site participation in Integer Environmental, Health & Safety; achievement of goals and objectives including quality and delivery metrics, continuous improvement contributions, and associate engagement and development.

$150,750 - $221,100; Bonus/Equity: Cash-based incentive program, stock awards for Director and above; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, adoption benefits, parental leave, 401(k) with match, 80 hours holidays, PTO

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in quality engineering or related field
10+ years of experience
6+ years in management
Experience in Medical Device or regulated manufacturing
Expertise in 21CFR820, ISO13485, ISO9001, EU MDR
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
