Job Summary

  • The Executive Relationship Manager is the face of the Workplace to our high-net-worth executives and seek to build trust and develop relationships with these individuals.
  • As an Executive Relationship Manager, you will help drive our industry leading service culture by demonstrating vast knowledge of and providing support on all issues pertaining to equity compensation, as well as a comprehensive understanding of the value proposition of Wealth Management.

Base: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for annual discretionary incentive compensation award and business unit incentive compensation plan; Benefits: Full spectrum of benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO, etc.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years client service experience
  • FINRA Series 7 and 63
  • Ability to be registered in all states and territories
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
