Serve as the operations owner for the developer tooling ecosystem that shapes how engineers work day to day, including Python and .NET toolchains and IDEs.
Own the operational reliability of developer tooling ecosystems, including Python toolchains (uv, Poetry, etc.), .NET SDKs, and IDE configurations and extensions.
Lead or contribute to developer experience initiatives, using data (build times, pipeline success rates, time-to-first-commit) to identify the highest impact friction points and build solutions that address them at scale.
