Job Summary
Performs miscellaneous maintenance/repair on the structural and architectural elements of facilities and structures using carpenter’s hand tools and power tools.
Repairs/replaces windows, doors, walls, ceilings, floors, stairs etc. in a workmanlike manner.
Observes and follows all safety rules and procedures, including wearing required personal safety equipment.

Key Requirements
Three (3) years’ experience in construction and carpentry
High School, Vocational or Technical course Graduate
Carpentry certification/s required
Valid Professional Driver’s License with Restriction Code 2
