Employees must report all changes in residents' conditions, accidents, and incidents to the Health and Wellness Director or Executive Director as soon as practical.
The role requires assisting residents with personal functions such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and maintaining cleanliness while ensuring safety and dignity.
