Job Summary
The Workplace Experience Ambassador serves as the primary point of contact for employee care and comfort at Moody's offices, combining facilities coordination, mailroom cover, and proactive employee engagement.
Your day-to-day will involve conducting daily floor inspections, raising and monitoring work orders, and liaising with engineering and operations teams to address facility concerns.
This role also includes providing face-to-face customer service, managing mailroom operations during leave, and attending weekly operations meetings.
