Key Requirements

  • PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LPC licensed in New Jersey
  • 3 years outpatient experience with adults
  • Master’s or Doctoral Degree
  • Knowledge of evidence-based treatments
  • Familiarity with medical setting
  • New Jersey state licensure required
