Job Summary

  • The Project Lead will provide overall technical, operational, and strategic leadership for the delivery of Gender-Based Violence (GBV) training across five selected provinces under the ABT–PATH subcontract.
  • Ensure all training activities adhere to FHI360 and DFAT safeguarding, PSEAH, and child protection policies.

Key Requirements

  • Postgraduate qualification in public health, social sciences, gender studies, development, or related field
  • Minimum 7–10 years’ experience in GBV programming, training, or gender-focused development work
  • Proven experience managing donor-funded programs (DFAT experience highly desirable)
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
