Lead the global, end-to-end implementation of the Robotics Travel Program by establishing the required travel operations, technologies, vendors, policies, and integrations for the standalone Robotics organization.
Own market deployment governance, managing rollout plans, readiness assessments, milestones, cutover activities, testing cycles, UAT execution, hyper care, acceptance criteria, and timely resolution of escalations, incidents, and change requests.
Drive change management and user enablement through stakeholder communications, training, knowledge articles, FAQs, and end-user support, ensuring strong adoption, policy compliance, and seamless user experience.
