Manage the day-to-day relationships with key vendors and joint ventures within our network to deliver class leading Delivery, Quality, Cost, and Safety performance.
Embed a Safety culture and create a broader team environment that maximizes engagement and development to ensure everyone can be at their best.

Key Requirements
MRO experience
Associate's degree and 8+ years aviation experience
14+ years aviation experience (in lieu of degree)
Knowledge of gas turbine maintenance and repair
Familiarity with airworthiness regulations
Ability to develop and maintain relationships
Ability to understand and communicate technical details
