  • The successful candidate will be responsible for providing assistance and support to the onsite operations teams, ensuring overall availability and reliability to meet or exceed defined service levels.
  • The FOC serves as the centralized 24/7 remote monitoring center for AWS data center’s critical physical facilities infrastructure systems and is the communication hub during emergency and normal operations.
