  • As a Senior Device Engineer, you may be responsible for developing CMOS logic device technologies with embedded features for various foundry customer use in a large-volume manufacturing environment.

  • 9+ years CMOS device engineering experience
  • 6+ years postgraduate CMOS device engineering experience
  • Experience in foundry NPI activities
  • Experience with IC wafer fabrication process engineering
  • Experience working on 3nm–16nm FinFETs
  • Experience with GAA FETs
