Job Summary
The Regional Heart, Vascular and Thoracic Institute is seeking an experienced, full-time Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to provide general cardiology care in the outpatient department.
Nationally certified Advanced Practice Provider who provides primary and/or specialty care in a variety of healthcare settings, emphasizing health promotion, disease prevention, and diagnosis/treatment of acute and chronic health problems.

Key Requirements
APRN or PA or CNS
MSN required upon hire or within 3 years
Graduate of accredited APRN program
Graduate of A.R.C. approved Physician Assistant Program
Currently licensed as Nurse Practitioner
National certification as Nurse Practitioner
Currently licensed as Clinical Nurse Specialist
National certification as Clinical Nurse Specialist
Certification as Physician Assistant through NCCPA
Basic Life Support (BLS) required
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) may be required
