Sandvik Osprey is seeking an Inside Sales Administrator in South Wales, UK, to support their sales team by managing customer inquiries and facilitating the order cycle from quotation to dispatch. The ideal candidate should have prior administration experience in a sales environment, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Job Summary

  • The main purpose of the role is to support the external Sales Organisation and Customers, facilitating the full order cycle from quotation through to product dispatch.
  • You will work with the production department to understand the status of the orders and build excellent working relationships with other departments such as finance, regional sales managers, field sales representatives and freight companies.
  • Once initial training is completed, this role can be carried out between home and the office.
