Job Summary
This is a Product Engineering position in the Secure Connected Edge (SCE) Business Line, focusing on New Production Introduction of highly integrated, multi core processors and controllers.
Responsibilities include working with global cross-functional teams on NPI development, translating product specifications into test requirements, and driving cost reduction through test time reduction and yield improvement.
The role requires performing characterization activities, ATE data collection, failure analysis, manual bench ESD/latch up testing, and assisting with customer quality incident investigations.

Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
Bachelor or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Engineering
Test program debugging skills on ATE (Teradyne or Agilent 93K)
Solid knowledge of integrated circuits in CMOS, SOI and FinFET technologies
