• The Utility Operator is a floater role that provides flexible, hands-on support across multiple production and material-handling functions within the plant based on business need, completed training, and acquired skill.
• This position supports safe and efficient injection molding operations by completing tool change support, material handling, resin management, basic processing assistance, and equipment checks to help the plant meet safety, quality, productivity, and scrap goals.
