The primary purpose of your job position is to ensure adequate and appropriate staffing of the facility nursing department to meet the needs of the residents based on budget, census, and as may be directed by facility administration.
You will assist in maintaining employee records, scheduling nursing staff, reporting attendance issues, and supporting nursing supervisory personnel as necessary.
The role requires maintaining confidentiality of resident and employee information and participating in committee meetings related to safety, recruitment, and retention.
