Job Summary

  • As a Nursing Trainer, you will lead with curiosity, coach with compassion, and obsess over development, building skills, confidence, momentum, and careers in emergency medicine.
  • You will partner with leadership to identify training needs, assess technicians, drive advancement through VEG’s Cultivate program, and split your time between on-the-floor mentoring and strategic development.
