Job Summary

  • Own and drive the operational excellence of EBANX’s payment processing across Southeast Asia, starting with the Philippines.
  • Act as a key technical and analytical reference, leveraging data, automation, and (as a plus) AI-driven approaches to continuously improve performance, optimize payment flows, and enhance the merchant experience.
  • Lead the creation and presentation of the BEAT (Benchmark, Evaluation, Action, Tracking) report, providing senior leadership with a clear, data-backed view of operational performance and improvement plans.
