Job Summary
This role serves as the primary advocate for resident and staff safety within a subacute and transitional care facility.
The Infection Preventionist will lead the development and direction of the infection control program in strict accordance with CDC, OSHA, and Title 22 regulations.
Candidates will collaborate directly with the Director of Nursing and Administrator to shape facility-wide safety protocols and manage employee health programs.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Current California LVN License
2+ years long-term care experience
Knowledge of CDC and OSHA regulations
Nice-to-have
APIC Certification preferred
PointClickCare (PCC) experience
Strong analytical ability for lab reports
Key Requirements
Current unencumbered California LVN License
Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience
Working knowledge of epidemiology and microbiology
