This unique, fully remote, and highly visible role is ideal for HR professionals seeking an opportunity to work in close collaboration with a dynamic group of dedicated HR Business Partners and senior leaders.
The Healthcare HRBP will work in close partnership with the Healthcare Global HR Strategy Leader serving as their Deputy to support the day-to-day operations, performance processes, and strategic talent priorities of the business.
The incumbent will oversee end‑to‑end program and project management of cyclical HR processes across the Healthcare practice, including goal setting, Talent Review, mid‑year/year‑end performance, and compensation.

Salary
Base: $110,000-$150,000; Bonus/Equity: $16,500-$22,000 (annual incentive); Benefits: Medical, dental, vision coverage and other wellness programs
