Job Summary

The supervisor must be trained and skilled at performing all Front Desk, Reservations, and Concierge functions as needed based on operational demands.
The position requires adherence to Forbes and Beemok Service standards and the ability to monitor room availability up to seven days in advance to prevent overbooking.

Must-have
Minimum one year experience as Front Desk Agent
Proficient use of property management systems
Ability to work overnight shifts and holidays
Strong cash handling and billing procedures knowledge
Ability to lift equipment up to 30 pounds
Nice-to-have
Experience at a comparable luxury property
Knowledge of group billing procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm under pressure
