Job Summary

• The primary responsibility of this role is to provide exceptional service to our owners and guests by assisting with their luggage, providing information about the Residence Club’s amenities, shuttling, and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience during their arrival, stay and check-out.
• Handle guest inquiries and special requests in a courteous and helpful manner, exceeding expectations as needed.
