Must-have

  • Qualified lawyer with active bar membership
  • Deep understanding of GDPR and CCPA/CPRA
  • Experience conducting PIAs, DPIAs, TIAs, and LIAs
  • Knowledge of EU AI Act and NIST AI RMF
  • Strategic advice on global data protection laws

Nice-to-have

  • CIPP/E, CIPP/US, and AIGP certifications
  • Experience with FedRAMP, PCI DSS, and ISO frameworks
  • Strong negotiation skills for data clauses
  • Direct experience interpreting AI regulatory frameworks

Key Requirements

  • 1-3+ years of legal experience in privacy and technology law
  • Active bar membership in at least one jurisdiction
  • Extensive experience with cross-border data transfer mechanisms
