Job Summary

  • As a Facilities Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the Facilities Manager in delivering comprehensive services to operate and maintain properties.
  • You will be responsible for 24/7 emergency call support and site attendance while following established escalation procedures and incident reporting protocols.
  • This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on facility operations by meeting or exceeding site Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and assisting with Service Level Agreement (SLA) monitoring.
