Responsible for the overall day-to-day maintenance and operations of M&E systems including Electrical Installation, ACMV system, Lighting, Generator Sets, AV System, Fire Protection System, Elevators & Escalators, Telecommunication, Kitchen Exhaust System, Grease Interceptor system, Wi-fi System, etc

Job Summary

  • Responsible for the overall day-to-day maintenance and operations of M&E systems including Electrical Installation, ACMV system, Lighting, Generator Sets, AV System, Fire Protection System, Elevators & Escalators, Telecommunication, Kitchen Exhaust System, Grease Interceptor system, Wi-fi System, etc.
  • Monitor utilities consumption and reading of building equipment and fittings for irregular consumption and take corrective measure if necessary.
  • Lead and supervise the M&E team to achieve set KPIs and assist in tender process.

Key Requirements

  • Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent with at least 3 years of experience
  • Diploma in Building Services/ Mechanical/ Electrical or equivalent with at least 5 years of experience
  • Relevant experience managing high rise commercial buildings or mixed developments
  • Knowledge of operation, maintenance, fit out practices and related local ordinances
  • Experience in formulating and implementing maintenance policies and procedures
  • Managerial experience is essential
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet set timelines
