• Assist the Store Manager in leading the operational execution of the store to ensure exceptional customer experiences and drive profitable top-line sales growth.
• Drive personal sales by demonstrating and coaching to the La Senza selling behaviours to create a high performance selling culture within their team and achieve the stores sales goals.
• Support the Store Manager in creating weekly schedules, managing store payroll budget and controllable expenses.
