Job Summary

  • As a Wealth Specialist at Capital Group, you’ll serve as a senior wealth planning professional, partnering closely with Private Wealth Advisors to deliver high-impact financial planning analyses, trust and estate strategies, asset allocation advice, and investment proposals.
  • You’ll provide expert guidance tailored to each client’s unique goals, engage with sophisticated professionals across a wide range of investment topics, and simplify complex financial concepts to build trusted relationships.
  • In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
