Job Summary

  • The RCM Team Lead of Cash Posting is responsible for supervising the day-to-day functions of the cash posting team while ensuring RCM clients deposits and payments are posted accurately, timely and following RCM policies and procedures.
  • The ideal candidate has hands-on Brightree experience posting payments along with experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.
