Job Summary

  • Receive and sort packages, identify/inventory contents, place product in order tole, identify and save patient settings, enter order in ERP system, pick-up and distribute orders to appropriate areas, identify and locate rush/expedite orders as needed, transfer files and update orders, process orders through 3D printer and post process.
  • Download user settings into current software platforms, verify settings and route to appropriate function when errors or mismatches occur, stamp/sticker order form with correct information, prioritize and schedule ship dates consistent with established/expected turnaround time, diagnosis and determine product fault, confirm rechargeable products meets charging specifications.
