The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and possess at least a 10th-grade education to perform essential duties such as monitoring vital signs and assisting with personal care.
The role requires strict adherence to confidentiality policies, reporting all changes in resident condition, accidents, or suspected abuse immediately to the Nurse Supervisor.
