Job Summary

  • As the Lean Leader of the GE Vernova repair shop, this position will work collaboratively with the factory and international teams, working with the global Lean team on LEAN-related activities to drive safer, more productive, and higher quality work environments.
  • This role will assist in the planning and execution of the Lean strategy and metrics, providing support to various levels throughout the organization.
  • This will ensure efficient production by using Lean tools to link project metrics to strategic objectives and maximizing utilization in limited factory areas.

  • Knowledge of Japanese regulatory compliance
