Job Summary
You will lead the Application Services function within Workplace Technology, ensuring our people have the right software applications to do their jobs efficiently, effectively and securely.
As Head of Application Services you will own the enterprise application portfolio and lead lifecycle planning, including phase-in, phase-out and license management.
You will also lead and develop a high-performing team responsible for ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, configuration and application support roles.
