Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for assisting residents with daily functions such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
The role requires strict adherence to confidentiality laws regarding protected health information and immediate reporting of any changes in resident condition or suspected abuse.
