Base: $135K - $160K; Variable: OTE $169K to $200K; Equity: Based on experience

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 3-5+ years demo engineering or solutions architecture experience
  • Proficiency in REST APIs, Git, and relational data
  • Scripting skills in Python, JavaScript, or Bash/Shell
  • Ability to build pilots, POCs, and tailored demos
  • Experience with CCaaS and CRM platforms

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with modern AI-native workflows like Claude/Cursor
  • Prior work in high-growth SaaS or enterprise AI platforms
  • Knowledge of MCP connectors and agent development
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
  • High-agency ownership mindset
