Job Summary

  • This role is dedicated to the "Development" phase of the ADDIE model, transforming high-level module outlines into engaging, high-quality learning experiences.
  • You will be responsible for the end-to-end creation of learning assets, ensuring they are seamlessly integrated into our authoring tools and platforms.
  • This position consists of a blend of deep instructional design expertise (70%) and operational program management (30%) to ensure efficiency and quality assurance across our global learning portfolio.
