Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this position is to assist the project managers in reporting analytical data final reports, fielding customer phone calls/emails, preparing sample kit requests and reviewing chain of custodies for accuracy.
  • You will be a point of contact to coordinate, manage and provide timely responses to customer inquiries related to the management of projects and status of work in progress.
