Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Minimum two months operating production machinery
  • Ability to diagnose process defects and troubleshoot
  • Proficiency with PLC and MMI computer interfaces
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts and overtime

Nice-to-have

  • Six months previous manufacturing experience
  • Experience with pneumatic presses and punch out equipment
  • Curiosity and collaborative mindset
  • Process adjustment skills for temperature and line speed
