Job Summary
Executes cleaning and tidying of all food and beverage areas, as well as fine and coarse crockery, to contribute to excellent customer service.
Responsibilities include checking service areas for dishes needing washing, transporting clean dishes, and preparing for banquets/events.
Performs regular cleaning of service areas, kitchen equipment, ovens, stoves, and refrigeration units, including weekly cleaning of Christofle material.
