Job Summary

• The Lead Technician, Property Services provides high quality standards of customer services and technical supports in one or more departments, ensuring the effective and economic operations in accordance to the department policies and procedures.
• Organizes, carries out and completes all maintenance requests on time and paying particular attention to guest related jobs, and coordinates with Housekeeping/Environmental Services for follow-up cleaning.
• Personally, supervises all hazardous work and ensures all safety regulations are being strictly observed by all employees, and reports accidents, injuries and unsafe work conditions to superiors.
