Skills & Requirements
Must-have
10+ years IT experience
Leadership of large-scale transformation programs
Experience managing hybrid onshore and offshore teams
Strong IT financial management and budgeting skills
Expertise in ITIL Service Transition and Operations
Proven change management across people process and systems
Nice-to-have
Fluency in Cantonese and English
AI-first strategy implementation experience
Transition from waterfall to agile delivery
Strong vendor management capabilities
Ability to translate technical metrics for business stakeholders
Key Requirements
University degree in Information Technology or related discipline
Over 10 years of IT experience with leadership roles
Proven capability leading >100-person hybrid teams
Hands-on experience with IT service management and SLA governance
