Job Summary

  • The Global Markets Technology PAQT Platform Head will lead a team of Functional and Technical Specialists, DevOps engineers, Developers and quantitative Analysts that provide technical solutions to the front office, market risk, credit risk and quantitative analytics teams.
  • The role will be delivery and management focused, reporting directly to the Markets CIO: Structured Solutions.
  • Key responsibilities include team leadership, delivery of business value through a platform roadmap, stakeholder relationship management, and technical analysis and design of solutions.

Key Requirements

  • 10+ years' experience in management technical roles
  • Graduate qualification in Mathematical Finance, Engineering or Technology

  • Knowledge of XVA and structuring is very advantageous
  • Understanding of technical integration tools
  • Good understanding of Agile work methods
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
