We are seeking a senior-level attorney (at least 7 years of experience) to support the drafting, review, and negotiation of technology agreements across GlobalFoundries’ product lines, including in particular the processor IP businesses of GF’s two recently announced acquisitions: MIPS and the ARC processor business of Synopsys

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a senior-level attorney (at least 7 years of experience) to support the drafting, review, and negotiation of technology agreements across GlobalFoundries’ product lines, including in particular the processor IP businesses of GF’s two recently announced acquisitions: MIPS and the ARC processor business of Synopsys.
  • Support licensing business by (i) reviewing and revising IP outlicense agreements and associated schedules and (ii) negotiating related legal and IP terms such as usage rights, warranty, indemnity, and support provisions.
  • This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative legal team and contribute to meaningful front-line work every day that drives our business forward.
