Employees must ensure resident safety by frequently checking those unable to call for help and promptly reporting any accidents, incidents, or unauthorized access attempts.
The role requires maintaining a calm environment while assisting residents with personal care, mobility, feeding, and preparing them for medical tests or examinations.
