Job Summary
This 18-month immersive program is designed to cultivate future leaders of Aman Group through rotation across operations, finance, HR, and sales.
Participants will gain real-world experience in an ultra-luxury property setting with a personalized Individual Development Plan created in partnership with Cornell University.
The program culminates in a graduation ceremony celebrating achievements and promotion to an Assistant Manager position.
